Irving Place is a pet-friendly apartment community! We permit up to two (2) pets per apartment home (cats/dogs) up to 65 pounds maximum. Breed restrictions do apply, please see a Leasing Center agent for more details. Non-refundable pet fee per pet: $200 plus $20 monthly pet rent per pet.
